A Nordic-spa circuit opened by Kyle and Ashley Baldwin in a secluded riverside patch of woods along the Damariscotta River — wood-fired cedar sauna, a 100°F hydrotherapy pool, and a 50°F cold plunge. Public sessions are explicitly communal ("meet your neighbors during your circuit"), with a private buy-out option too.
